As I said in post previous, Celo woke up with back pain and we decided to sleep in a hotel as close as possible to the rock Preikestolen. We have been driving since Kristiansand for about 4 hours until we decided to stop in the city of Sandnes, where we found a really cool hotel.

Our hotel

We found the Kronen Gaard Hotel in the application Booking which was really cute and It cost 805 Norwegian kroner (almost 90 euros). I didn't book it on the app, but I showed the price to the girl at the counter and she agreed to close the reservation without going through the Booking for the same price (she had told me a higher daily rate, I don't remember how much). There we went for comfort! 🙂

We liked the atmosphere of the hotel so much that we decided to give in and have dinner at the restaurant, especially because the day called for it: it was our 49th “monthly” day!! <3 We ordered very typical dishes and found everything delicious, with the exception of a salad with a jelly (horrible).

We had a hearty breakfast, as the day would be full of hiking. I don't know if we would have lasted the whole day with just the ham and cheese sandwiches and orange juice. There are blessings to every cloud 🙂
